Congratulations to all of our school poetry competition winners from P1 to P7. You have all shown resilience, confidence and sparkle.

What a wonderful assembly from our lovely P5 pupils. Celebrating Scottish inventions, inventors and innovation.

Congratulations P6b we are very proud.

We gathered in the gym hall this afternoon to say thank you to our lovely PE teacher Mr Devine. Mr Devine has worked for 10 years at Tollcross Primary and has been a wonderful friend to all of our children. He has encouraged learners to be active, made learning fun and encouraging a love of exercise and sports. We wish him all the best for the future and lots of exciting adventures.

Best wishes to Mr Devine, enjoying his last day at Tollcross Primary.

Counts Assembly with Miss Chadwick this morning introducing our new Tollcross Counts topic – Ordering and Sequencing. Thinking about when we use ordering and sequencing everyday and where we might see sequencing. Lots of challenge and fun with numbers.

‪Exciting opportunity to take part in a whole school art competition. This lovely P6 girl will speak to everyone at our school assembly tomorrow about taking part. Get your pencils, pens and brushes ready. Look out for this box in the school library.

It was lovely to see everyone back at school today. The weather was wet but the welcome was sunny. Thank you to Helena and Brayden for playing piano for us at our first school assembly of 2020. Looking forward to another exciting term at Tollcross Primary.
