My P7 assembly helpers, Finlay and Rio are back from camp this week.

Myles and Rio organised a whole school drawing competition. The winners were Giorgio, Kyr, Adam and Sulaiman.

We are looking forward to welcoming our lovely P7s back from school camp tomorrow. We have missed you and can’t wait to hear all your news and stories.

Every day more than 140,000 drinks containers are littered in Scotland unnecessarily. Pupils at Tollcross Primary are supporting the campaign to introduce a deposit return system for Scotland to encourage more recycling. Find out more at haveyougotthebottle.org.uk

A big thank you to Ms McAllister and our Eco Committee for organising our school assembly this morning. Catherine from Marine Conservation and Jenny from Have you got the Bottle helped us to become more aware of the environmental impact of plastic. We were interested in finding out about turtles 🐢 and the campaign to support the introduction of a bottle return scheme in Scotland to encourage recycling ♻️
