We raised £206.68 for Children in Need this morning 👍🏻

I got this text from Mrs Ewen last night and it made my head teacher heart sing… so proud of our P7 pupils.

Hi Lynn. Just to let you know that the P7 kids last night were amazing and members of the public came up to me at the end saying how they were very impressed with them and loved seeing them at the concert. It was a great night. I’m sure they’re tired today. They represented Tollcross brilliantly! Dxo

Lovely to see so many families at our school open day. Thank you for all your comments and feedback, this will help us to plan future open days at Tollcross Primary. Our enrolment day is Tuesday 6th November at 9.30 in the school dining room.

We have enjoyed learning about animals and nature with Donald Malone from Wildside Nature this week. We made some interesting spiders webs, learnt to hunt like bats and did some impressive frog hopping. Wonderful outdoor learning experience at Tollcross Primary.

Dear Parents and Carers,

If your child’s date of birth is between 1 March 2014 and 28 February 2015 they are due to start primary school in August 2019. If you are in the City of Edinburgh Council area you must register your child for P1 at your catchment school.

Enrolment for Tollcross Primary will take place on Tuesday 6th November from 9.30 am in our school dining room or pop in to the school office during enrolment week – 5th to 9th November 2018.

You are only guaranteed a place in a primary school if you live in the catchment area. If you live outside the catchment area you need to make a placing request and will only receive a place if one is available.

Tollcross Primary School will be holding an open day on Wednesday 31st October 2018 from 1.30pm to 2.30pm. This is a great chance for you to visit and find out what our school is like.
