Hola
Hola to everyone at Tollcross Primary ! I visited Colegio Joaquim Blume today and worked with two Primary 7 classes. The pupils worked in groups and recorded information from texts created by our P7 pupils in Edinburgh. Hope everyone is having a good week 🙂
Cute Little Pompom Hedgehogs
Pupils in P1, P2, P3 and P6 worked together to make these cute little pompom hedgehogs at Golden Time.
Grassmarket Festival
P6 have been working with Kate MacKay from Alchemy Arts to produce banners for a Medieval weekend in the Grassmarket. The Festival marks 500 years of the Flodden wall and fits in with our Social Studies topic – “Old Edinburgh”. All P6 pupils, friends and families at Tollcross are welcome to come along to the event and join in the fun.
A Great Morning at the Union Canal
Thank you to Sciennes and James Gillespie’s Primary for participating in our outdoor PE Route at the Union Canal . We very much appreciate the feedback we received, this will help us to make improvements and identify areas we are getting right. We really enjoyed working with pupils from both schools, lots of enthusiasm and an excellent attitude. It was great to have the opportunity to share this project with our cluster schools, thank you for a very active
