Running Club
Running Club will start on Friday 25th November 2016
Running Club is open to all pupils from P4-P7 who like to race or are keen to get fit!
The club will start at 8.30am and finish at 9am every Friday.
Pupils must show up in running shoes/trainers or they can’t run… sorry.
In good weather we’ll go along the canal. When it’s raining or icy, we’ll be in the playground or the gym hall.

Halloween Party 🎃
A quick reminder about Friday’s Halloween Party and a (small) plea for help.
The party is on from 6.00pm – 7.30pm and tickets are available on the door.
Tickets are priced £2.50 each (parents pay, nursery children free)
Please bring along your pumpkin (or neep!) lanterns and we’ll display them on the stage, there will be a prize for the best carving as well as prizes for the best child and adult costumes.
Please hand in any donations of decorations, sweets and home (or shop bought) baking to the office and if you can lend any of your time to help before, during or after the party please let us know.

Fair Trade Conference
Some of our senior pupils attended the Fair Trade Conference for schools today. We learned a lot about how Fair Trade works to produce tea, coffee, chocolate and even footballs! We even made fantastic fruit smoothies from the power of a bike!

Our next Parent Council meeting will be at 6.15 on Monday 3rd October in the school. On the agenda so far are The review of School Crossing Patrols, The Halloween Party and other fundraising activities.”
