Wishing all our Tollcross families, friends and staff a lovely summer holiday. It has been a great year and I have really enjoyed my first term as head teacher. We had a lovely Graduation Assembly this afternoon to celebrate the many achievements of our wonderful Primary 7 pupils. It has been a pleasure to work with so many lovely young people and we hope they enjoyed their graduation and performing to a very attentive audience. Great to see so many friends and families celebrating together. Keep being wonderful.

Lots of action in the playground today. We have some new designs and the beginnings of the Hive !🐝

All classes (and teachers) enjoyed the Fun Run today, especially in the sun.

The weather was also a great help for drying off the P7’s who were soaked from all the sponges!

Thanks to the Fundraising committee for organising so well!

Yesterday there were many prizes, awards, achievements and successes celebrated in Assembly.

There was also some wonderful entertainment from some very talented pupils!

Some great Eco learning in P5 when they filtered some very dirty water. Their dedication and persistence was impressive!

They came up with lots of ideas for Eco exploration next year at Tollcross, well done!

Well what a treat it was last Friday! P3 very successfully ran their own fundraising book and bake sale. All children in the school were able to get a book and many had 1 or 2 cakes as well!! We managed to raise a whopping £255, part of which will be used in the library next year.  Well done P3.

Very impressed with the personalisation and choice going on in the school with Number of the Day.
