A huge thank you to our fabulous Primary 7 for being such brilliant buddies. Many of you supported our Primary Ones when they were in Nursery and from their first visits to Primary One. We will miss you very much and wish you the best of luck for High School! We have some messages for you in the slideshow below.
Primary Ones, we hope you enjoy this slideshow of some of the fun you had together. There are some messages for you in here too!

Tollcross Primary is about the relationships we build, the support we give each other, how we celebrate and value each other. Our end of term assembly is a celebration of learning, resilience and tenacity.

Letโs celebrate together ๐
Today it is time for our final Coorie-In at home. We hope you enjoy today’s story read by Pauline! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zntNUiTmcdA
The story is set not too far from Edinburgh-did you recognise the Bass Rock?
And here are some ideas for some puffin crafts for you to try at home!
This link will take you to the website with instruction to help you draw your own puffin- https://www.theguardian.com/childrens-books-site/gallery/2015/mar/14/how-to-draw-a-puffin
Thanks again to everyone who has been in touch to share their story recommendations and Coorie-In crafts! We really love seeing them! You can email us admin@tollcross.edin.sch.uk or tweet us @Tollcross_P
Thank you so much for all your hard work throughout the year! These have been challenging times and I’m sure you have experience ups and downs but you are doing it, that is an amazing example of resilience. ๐
We have learned a lot of key messages this year in our Building Resilience programme and we certainly have had a lot of fun, games, songs and dancing along the way. Below is the key learning that we have covered this year. Remember the messages when you are going through the ups and downs of life, because you are amazing ! ๐คฉ
We are all very proud of your effort and we wanted to say thank you and well done!
We have one more activity for you, below is a little exercise for you to think about how you are feeling about coming back to school. You can use the image below or create your own, answering the same questions. Send it to your teacher when you are done. โ๏ธ๐
Have a great day.
