A huge thank you to our fabulous Primary 7 for being such brilliant buddies. Many of you supported our Primary Ones when they were in Nursery and from their first visits to Primary One. Thank you so much for all your hard work throughout the year! These have been challenging times and I’m sure you have experience ups and downs but you are doing it, that is an amazing example of resilience. 🙂

We have learned a lot of key messages this year in our Building Resilience programme and we certainly have had a lot of fun, games, songs and dancing along the way. Below is the key learning that we have covered this year. Remember the messages when you are going through the ups and downs of life, because you are amazing ! 🤩
