Senior Disco
P4 – P7 7.15pm to 8.30 pm
Entry £2.50 (parents/carers & nursery free)
Lots of dancing, games, fun and a tuck shop !
Special DJ set with MC Chadwick and DJ Devine
Please note that children attending the Junior Disco must be accompanied by an adult, free tea and coffee will be provided.
Transition Days for P7
All of our lovely P7 pupils will be attending high school 3 days next week as part of the transition from P7 to S1. The dates are Tuesday 21st/Wednesday 22nd/Thursday 23rd June, information has been sent out to all parents from the high school their P7 will be attending. We look forward to hearing all their news when they come back to Tollcross on Friday 24th June.
Fair Trade Award
We have achieved the first step in Fair Trade status by getting our Fair Aware school award. Well done to the Fair Trade committee for all their work and enthusiasm.
Visit to Black Rock
On Friday (10/6/16), representatives from the Playground Committee visited Black Rock with two of our parents and Mrs Frew. They presented their ideas for the improvements they would like to see in our playground and pupils enjoyed some juice and biscuits in the board room! Their ideas were well received and we hope to hear soon if they will be able to support us !
Scottish Primary Mathematical Challenge
Congratulations to Alex in P7 who received a gold award, for his achievements in problem solving, at Edinburgh University this afternoon. Alex received a silver award last year and was determined to go one better this year and get a gold award. A fantastic achievement. Well done, Alex

Well done to P1 and P1/2 for a fantastic coffee morning. Thank you to everyone who came along and helped to raise a grand total of £260.25 for our school. Brilliant effort from everyone involved !
