It is always lovely to hear news about our former pupils. Congratulations to Euan Crawford who sang at the Commemorative Service for the Centenary of the First Armistice at Glasgow Cathedral on Sunday 11th November. We are so proud of you Euan.

We have moved on to our new topic in Tollcross Counts ‘Number After and Number Before’.
There is some great numeracy learning going on during our Tollcross Counts sessions.
Each class now has a poster in each room that displays what they have been learning, take a look next time you are in school! 👀
Here are some helpful Games you could explore at home:

Three is the Magic Number!
As part of Tollcross Counts each class were set a challenge to ‘show 3 in the most creative way they could think of’!
There were some amazing 3 challenges submitted from each class last week.
I was really impressed with the creativity and variety of ideas. Excellent work!
It was lovely to meet the staff at the co-op in Morrison Street this morning. Friends of Tollcross Primary School was the Co-op nominated charity this year and £6848.78 was raised for our school. Thank you to all the staff and customers from everyone at Tollcross Primary School.

Opportunity to work with Early Level cluster colleagues this afternoon to share ideas and plan for moderation of writing. Always interesting to share information and work collaboratively.

As we get closer to our Christmas Fair we would appreciate any donations for the Tombola.
Any full bottles would be great and you can wear red on Friday!
Thank you ⭐️
What a lovely photo of our school.

We raised £206.68 for Children in Need this morning 👍🏻
