Halloween Assembly
We had fun at our Halloween themed assembly this morning, singing, dancing and a music quiz organised by Mrs Ewen. We hope to see everyone at the Halloween Party tomorrow 🎃

Open Day at Tollcross Primary
We are looking forward to welcoming parents and carers to our school Open Day next week. Our P7 tour guides are ready to show you around our school and welcome you to our school community.
New Counts Topic
We started our new Tollcross Counts topic in the Numeracy Assembly today.
Number Recognition is all about being able to see numbers in all of their forms eg written words, physical representation(dots or images), within a context ( eg money )…
We were also looking at different number systems like Roman numerals and the Mayan number system. We created our own number system from 0-9 using emojis! 🐛➕🌵 = 🦂
You could create your own sums or challenges at home using the emoji code!
